Property group releases the first stage of its highly anticipated residential development located just seven kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD.
Located alongside Kedron Brook, Ashford Residences will comprise 124 residences - including a mix of land lots and a collection of elegant terrace homes - on a six-hectare land parcel just seven kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
Stage One of Ashford Residences features an exclusive release of 22 homesites with a selection of lots backing on to the Kedron Brook cycleway and others positioned along the community's internal boulevard.

As part of Ashford Residences, Mirvac is also proposing to establish a one-hectare area neighbouring Kedron Brook, which will enhance the ecological health of the area.
The homesites range from 413 square metres to 631 square metres and are priced from $495,000.
The new release includes body corporate and non-body corporate lots, with body corporate residents proposed to have exclusive access to the Ashford Club, featuring a pool with splash area for children, gymnasium, teppanyaki grill and barbecue, seating areas and a large turfed area, overlooking the eco area and Kedron Brook cycleway.
Mirvac has just finalised the refurbishment of the historic Murphy's Dairy Residence, situated at the entrance to the community, which has officially opened as the Ashford Residences Sales Centre. The heritage Queenslander is planned to be fully restored and offered for sale as a heritage family home.
Mirvac General Manager of Residential Development in Queensland, Warwick Bible, said Stage One of Ashford Residences was expected to be in high demand, with homesites close to the Brisbane CBD a rarity.
"The opportunity to build a brand-new home this close to the heart of Brisbane is extremely scarce and, when coupled with the desirable leafy location alongside Kedron Brook, we are anticipating particularly strong interest," he said.
"Stage One of Ashford Residences will allow buyers to plan and build their own dream detached home, with design standards in place to ensure a high quality, consistent streetscape throughout the community.
"Buyers will have the choice of securing a homesite within the body corporate to elevate their lifestyle, providing them with exclusive-use of the resort-style facilities in the Ashford Club.
"Those who prefer the ease and low maintenance of townhome living, will also be able to step straight into one of our designer homes, when released in the first part of next year."
Mr Bible said Everton Park was a thriving location, with a host of established and new amenities on offer.
He said Ashford Residences was within walking distance of Everton Plaza and its recently opened dining laneway called Park Lane.
"This puts a whole host of eateries at the doorstep of residents while they will also be close to Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, schools and childcare facilities, the Enoggera train station, bus stops, the airport link and arterial roads, South Pine Road and Stafford Road, putting everything they could possibly need in easy reach."
Mirvac is one of the most active developers in Brisbane with a range of communities underway including Hydeberry at Rochedale, Ascot Green at Eagle Farm and Everleigh at Greenbank.
When complete, Ashford Residences will feature a total of 43 homesites along with 80 three and four-bedroom terrace homes.
